This completion track is designed for students holding an Associate Degree who want to advance into cost planning, contract measurement, and construction budgeting. Students build on foundational estimation knowledge to manage full project cost plans.
Offered in a flexible one-year format, the program allows transfer credit to apply toward the 84 required credit hours, and a capstone bridge project has students prepare a full cost estimate for a construction project.
